Hytera's H Series is a new generation of professional handheld transceivers that provide reliable voice communications in the territories of the Aosta Valley Autonomous Region and the neighbouring regions of Haute-Savoie (F) and Valais (CH). The universal USB Type-C port makes programming and charging more convenient than ever. The HP5 series is resistant to dust, heat, shock, snow, and water immersion and is IP67 and MIL-STD-810G certified.
The HP565 has up to 512 channels (32 zones) and 5 programmable buttons. This model also features a screen that allows the user to receive and view text messages and select functions via a menu (e.g., make calls from a contact list).
LOCATE THE WORK GROUP
In an emergency, it is essential to know the location of personnel for their safety. The HP565G sends its location to the operations center thanks to the integrated GNSS module. The operations center can receive the GPS location sent by the remote radio when it is in an emergency to intervene quickly and effectively.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Once we have received the product and it has been carefully checked, a member of our sales department will proceed with the replacement or refund.

What does the warranty cover?
The warranty covers any manufacturing defects. During the warranty period, the defective device will be repaired or replaced, at our discretion, within a reasonable timeframe and free of charge.
The Warranty does not cover shipping costs (including transport and insurance) from the customer to our official service center.
The Warranty does not cover any damage caused by tampering, improper use, failure to follow the instructions provided with the product, unauthorized modifications, or damage to the product caused by various reasons, such as: accident, excessive humidity, lightning, power surges, or problems resulting from atmospheric phenomena.
What is the maximum time for refunds?
The warranty for accessories is 2 years, while only by purchasing from our shop, radios have an extended 3-year warranty.
Furthermore, if you don't like the product, you have up to 30 days to request a refund and return it.
How do I request a refund?
Through our support chat, you will be able to request a refund, which will be processed as soon as we receive your package containing the radio and accessories in their original packaging.
