TRM240 is an industrial LTE Cat 1 modem with a rugged aluminum casing, USB interface, and an external antenna for better signal coverage. This product is backward compatible with 3G and 2G technologies and is the most cost-effective option for upgrading existing industrial and public infrastructure with modern M2M connectivity.
The TRM240 cellular industrial LTE Cat 1 modem is a compact and simple connectivity device that can provide cellular capabilities to equipment in all market segments. It is backward compatible with 3G and 2G, making it the universal choice when it comes to large-scale connectivity upgrades for industrial or public infrastructure. It offers a long and stable lifecycle important for IIoT projects, because you can use conventional cellular technologies and enjoy more efficient data plans with LTE Cat 1. The TRM240 features a USB interface for power and communication, drivers that support all relevant platforms, and an SMA connector for an external antenna to achieve better signal coverage.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Once we have received the product and it has been carefully checked, a member of our sales department will proceed with the replacement or refund.

What does the warranty cover?
The warranty covers any manufacturing defects. During the warranty period, the defective device will be repaired or replaced, at our discretion, within a reasonable timeframe and free of charge.
The Warranty does not cover shipping costs (including transport and insurance) from the customer to our official service center.
The Warranty does not cover any damage caused by tampering, improper use, failure to follow the instructions provided with the product, unauthorized modifications, or damage to the product caused by various reasons, such as: accident, excessive humidity, lightning, power surges, or problems resulting from atmospheric phenomena.
What is the maximum time for refunds?
The warranty for accessories is 2 years, while only by purchasing from our shop, radios have an extended 3-year warranty.
Furthermore, if you don't like the product, you have up to 30 days to request a refund and return it.
How do I request a refund?
Through our support chat, you will be able to request a refund, which will be processed as soon as we receive your package containing the radio and accessories in their original packaging.
Do you accept bank transfers?
