What are the shipping times?

We ship our products all over Italy in just 48 hours.

Is a license required for these radios?

No license is required for the use of PMR446 devices according to Legislative Decree no. 76 of 16 July 2020. Therefore, PMR446 radios can be freely used in Italy and throughout Europe.

What does the warranty cover?

The 3-year warranty covers manufacturing defects. During the warranty period, the defective device will be repaired or replaced, at our discretion, within a reasonable timeframe and free of charge.

The Warranty does not cover shipping costs (including transport and insurance) from the customer to our official service center.

The Warranty does not cover any damage caused by tampering, improper use, failure to follow the instructions provided with the product, unauthorized modifications, or damage to the product caused by various reasons, such as: accident, excessive humidity, lightning, power surges, or problems arising from atmospheric phenomena.

How do I request a refund?

Through our support chat, you will be able to request a refund, which will be processed as soon as we receive your package containing the radio and accessories in their original packaging.

Do you accept bank transfers?
