Effective avalanche searching depends not only on signal range but also on the correct pace.

In coarse searching, it's essential to move quickly to intercept the signal as soon as possible.
In fine searching, however, precision is needed: slow down and bring the transceiver closer to the snow surface.

Search Assist Plus helps maintain the right pace at all times. An intuitive icon on the display indicates whether to speed up, slow down, or lower the device, guiding the user clearly and immediately.
