The Hytera HyTalk Subscription allows you to use Hytera radios and smartphones for instant voice communications over the data network, with no distance limits.
It is the ideal solution for companies that need fast, reliable and professional communications, eliminating the use of mobile phones and related distractions.
This subscription enables voice communication exclusively (does not include video or multimedia functions) and is compatible with PoC radios and Hytera smartphones supported by the HyTalk service.

What does the warranty cover?
The warranty covers any manufacturing defects. During the warranty period, the defective device will be repaired or replaced, at our discretion, within a reasonable timeframe and free of charge.
The Warranty does not cover shipping costs (including transport and insurance) from the customer to our official service center.
The Warranty does not cover any damage caused by tampering, improper use, failure to follow the instructions provided with the product, unauthorized modifications, or damage to the product caused by various reasons, such as: accident, excessive humidity, lightning, power surges, or problems resulting from atmospheric phenomena.
What is the maximum time for refunds?
The warranty for accessories is 2 years, while only by purchasing from our shop, radios have an extended 3-year warranty.
Furthermore, if you don't like the product, you have up to 30 days to request a refund and return it.
How do I request a refund?
Through our support chat, you will be able to request a refund, which will be processed as soon as we receive your package containing the radio and accessories in their original packaging.
Do you accept bank transfers?
