The TSW200000010 is an unmanaged industrial switch from Teltonika Networks, designed to facilitate robust and efficient network setups. It features eight Gigabit Ethernet ports that support Power-over-Ethernet (PoE) standards IEEE802.3af and IEEE802.3at, allowing for up to 30 watts of power per port. This capability enables centralized power delivery, simplifying the installation process and eliminating the need for separate power cables for connected devices. Additionally, this switch includes two SFP ports that support long-range fiber optic communication, enhancing its utility in larger network configurations. With a MAC address table capacity of 2000 entries, it efficiently handles large amounts of data, maintaining smooth network operation. The TSW200000010 adheres to several networking standards, including IEEE 802.3, IEEE 802.3u, and IEEE 802.3az, enhancing compatibility and performance across various industrial environments. It operates on a DC input voltage of 7 – 57 V, offering flexibility in power sources. Designed for durability, the switch is both wall and rack-mountable, providing versatile installation options to suit different spatial requirements and application scenarios.

What does the warranty cover?

The warranty covers any manufacturing defects. During the warranty period, the defective device will be repaired or replaced, at our discretion, within a reasonable timeframe and free of charge.

The Warranty does not cover shipping costs (including transport and insurance) from the customer to our official service center.

The Warranty does not cover any damage caused by tampering, improper use, failure to follow the instructions provided with the product, unauthorized modifications, or damage to the product caused by various reasons, such as: accident, excessive humidity, lightning, power surges, or problems resulting from atmospheric phenomena.

What is the maximum time for refunds?

The warranty for accessories is 2 years, while only by purchasing from our shop, radios have an extended 3-year warranty.

Furthermore, if you don't like the product, you have up to 30 days to request a refund and return it.

How do I request a refund?

Through our support chat, you will be able to request a refund, which will be processed as soon as we receive your package containing the radio and accessories in their original packaging.

Do you accept bank transfers?
