The Teltonika RUTX11 is equipped with advanced connectivity features, supporting both Wi-Fi 5 (802.11ac) and dual-band frequencies (2.4 GHz / 5 GHz), ensuring high-speed wireless communication with a maximum WLAN data transfer rate of 867 Mbit/s. This device operates on Gigabit Ethernet, offering Ethernet LAN data rates of 10, 100, 1000 Mbit/s, and includes an RJ-45 WAN connection type for robust wired connections.
For mobile network access, it supports 3G and 4G standards, including DC-HSDPA, WCDMA, and LTE, with 4G (LTE) - Cat 6 enabling download speeds of up to 300 Mbps. The integration of four 1 Gbit Ethernet ports facilitates seamless data transfer, making it suitable for high-demand applications. Security is prioritized with support for SSH and SSL/TLS algorithms, ensuring secure data transmissions. The device is powered by a 717 MHz quad-core ARM Cortex A7 CPU and 256 MB of DDR3 RAM, enabling efficient handling of multiple high-demand applications simultaneously. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Once we have received the product and it has been carefully checked, a member of our sales department will proceed with the replacement or refund.

What does the warranty cover?
The warranty covers any manufacturing defects. During the warranty period, the defective device will be repaired or replaced, at our discretion, within a reasonable timeframe and free of charge.
The Warranty does not cover shipping costs (including transport and insurance) from the customer to our official service center.
The Warranty does not cover any damage caused by tampering, improper use, failure to follow the instructions provided with the product, unauthorized modifications, or damage to the product caused by various reasons, such as: accident, excessive humidity, lightning, power surges, or problems resulting from atmospheric phenomena.
What is the maximum time for refunds?
The warranty for accessories is 2 years, while only by purchasing from our shop, radios have an extended 3-year warranty.
Furthermore, if you don't like the product, you have up to 30 days to request a refund and return it.
How do I request a refund?
Through our support chat, you will be able to request a refund, which will be processed as soon as we receive your package containing the radio and accessories in their original packaging.
