The RUTXR1 is Teltonika's first LTE Cat6 router with redundant power supplies and a WAN interface, designed for rack placement. This device is based on the RutOS operating system, has a quad-core processor, and is the ideal choice where fast and ultra-reliable connectivity is required.
RUTXR1 is dual SIM, has USB and Wave-2 802.11ac Dual Band Wi-Fi ports, and can count on high-level security protocols, like all Teltonika products. But what distinguishes this product from the rest of Teltonika's portfolio are the SFP WAN ports and the ports designed for placement in a server cabinet.

The 3-year warranty covers any manufacturing defects. During the warranty period, the defective device will be repaired or replaced, at our discretion, within a reasonable timeframe and free of charge.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Once we have received the product and it has been carefully checked, a member of our sales department will proceed with the replacement or refund.

What does the warranty cover?
The warranty covers any manufacturing defects. During the warranty period, the defective device will be repaired or replaced, at our discretion, within a reasonable timeframe and free of charge.
The Warranty does not cover shipping costs (including transport and insurance) from the customer to our official service center.
The Warranty does not cover any damage caused by tampering, improper use, failure to follow the instructions provided with the product, unauthorized modifications, or damage to the product caused by various reasons, such as: accident, excessive humidity, lightning, power surges, or problems resulting from atmospheric phenomena.
What is the maximum time for refunds?
The warranty for accessories is 2 years, while only by purchasing from our shop, radios have an extended 3-year warranty.
Furthermore, if you don't like the product, you have up to 30 days to request a refund and return it.
How do I request a refund?
Through our support chat, you will be able to request a refund, which will be processed as soon as we receive your package containing the radio and accessories in their original packaging.
Do you accept bank transfers?
