The DJI Matrice 4 Series Charging Hub is designed for use with Matrice 4 Intelligent Flight Batteries. It can charge up to four intelligent flight batteries in sequence, from the highest charge to the lowest. The battery charging hub supports both Standard mode and Ready-to-Fly mode. Standard mode: each battery is charged in sequence until it reaches 100%. Ready-to-Fly mode charges each battery to 90% in sequence, maintaining that level for quick deployment.

Designed for Matrice 4 intelligent flight batteries, it can charge up to 4 batteries in sequence with high and low power levels.

Tips: 

1. The DJI 100W USB-C Power Adapter is required when using the charging hub to charge the intelligent flight batteries.

2. The charging hub is only compatible with the BPX345-6741-14.76 Intelligent Flight Battery. DO NOT use the charging hub with other types of batteries.

3. During use, place the charging hub on a flat, stable surface. Ensure the device is properly insulated to prevent fire hazards.

4. DO NOT touch the metal terminals on the battery ports. If you notice dirt accumulation on the battery casing, wipe the terminals with a clean, dry cloth.

Warranty

Only by purchasing from our shop is the included warranty extended to 3 years.

The 3-year warranty covers any manufacturing defects. During the warranty period, the defective device will be repaired or replaced, at our discretion, within a reasonable timeframe and free of charge.

Returns and refunds

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Once we have received the product and it has been carefully checked, a member of our sales department will proceed with the replacement or refund.

What does the warranty cover?

The warranty covers any manufacturing defects. During the warranty period, the defective device will be repaired or replaced, at our discretion, within a reasonable timeframe and free of charge.

The Warranty does not cover shipping costs (including transport and insurance) from the customer to our official service center.

The Warranty does not cover any damage caused by tampering, improper use, failure to follow the instructions provided with the product, unauthorized modifications, or damage to the product caused by various reasons, such as: accident, excessive humidity, lightning, power surges, or problems resulting from atmospheric phenomena.

What is the maximum time for refunds?

The warranty for accessories is 2 years, while only by purchasing from our shop, radios have an extended 3-year warranty.

Furthermore, if you don't like the product, you have up to 30 days to request a refund and return it.

How do I request a refund?

Through our support chat, you will be able to request a refund, which will be processed as soon as we receive your package containing the radio and accessories in their original packaging.

Do you accept bank transfers?
