The DJI Matrice 4TD Worry-Free Flagship Combo (Standalone) is the complete solution for professional operations that require maximum reliability.
Designed for industrial missions, technical inspections, security, and search and rescue, it combines autonomy, robustness, and multisensor technology in a compact and durable system.

Equipped with four integrated cameras — wide-angle, medium telephoto, telephoto, and infrared thermal camera — along with a laser rangefinder and a NIR auxiliary light, the Matrice 4TD provides precise and stable vision in all operating conditions, even at night or in hostile environments.
The 48MP 1/1.3" CMOS sensor ensures crisp, high-resolution images, while the thermal camera allows detailed thermal detection for critical operations.

Thanks to the DJI O4 Enterprise transmission system, the drone offers an operating range of up to 25 km (12 km CE) and a flight autonomy of up to 54 minutes, maintaining an IP55 resistance against dust, rain, and wind.
The Worry-Free Flagship Combo (Standalone) version includes everything needed for immediate use: remote controller, battery, charging hub, 240W power adapter, and hard case.
Additionally, the DJI FTS terminator, the Cellular Dongle 2, and DJI Care Enterprise Plus (2 years) coverage are included, guaranteeing free repairs within the coverage limits.

Shipping times

Delivery times for drones are 4-9 days from the time of purchase. Once the product has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email to track the status of your shipment in real time.

Warranty

Only by purchasing from our shop is the included warranty extended to 3 years.

The 3-year warranty covers any manufacturing defects. During the warranty period, the defective device will be repaired or replaced, at our discretion, within a reasonable timeframe and free of charge.

Returns and refunds

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Once we have received the product and it has been carefully checked, a member of our sales department will proceed with the replacement or refund.

What does the warranty cover?

The warranty covers any manufacturing defects. During the warranty period, the defective device will be repaired or replaced, at our discretion, within a reasonable timeframe and free of charge.

The Warranty does not cover shipping costs (including transport and insurance) from the customer to our official service center.

The Warranty does not cover any damage caused by tampering, improper use, failure to follow the instructions provided with the product, unauthorized modifications, or damage to the product caused by various reasons, such as: accident, excessive humidity, lightning, power surges, or problems resulting from atmospheric phenomena.

What is the maximum time for refunds?

The warranty for accessories is 2 years, while only by purchasing from our shop, radios have an extended 3-year warranty.

Furthermore, if you don't like the product, you have up to 30 days to request a refund and return it.

How do I request a refund?

Through our support chat, you will be able to request a refund, which will be processed as soon as we receive your package containing the radio and accessories in their original packaging.
