BPG is an official Dronavia distributor and a certified partner for the installation of Dronavia conversion KITS and safety systems.
To obtain C5 classification on a drone currently in C2 class (such as the DJI Matrice 4 series), it is not enough to simply assemble an accessory kit. A real C2 to C5 conversion process with the related declarations of conformity is required.
This procedure can only be carried out at BPG, as an authorized Dronavia system installation center, or by sending the drone to Dronavia for installation, where qualified technicians will integrate the specific kit onto the drone.
With the installation of the conversion kit, the DJI Matrice 4 is updated and certified as Kronos M4, compliant with C5 class requirements.
Equipped with the latest generation of intelligent technologies, this drone offers excellent performance even in low-light environments, ensuring a clear view and consistently stable images. High-efficiency precision mapping provides accurate results on every mission, while advanced safety systems ensure reliable and controlled flight.
The device integrates a 1/1.3" CMOS sensor, a 48 MP wide-angle camera, a medium and long-range telephoto lens, an infrared thermal camera, an NIR auxiliary light, and a laser rangefinder, offering a level of versatility ideal for professional operations. Additionally, it includes an unlimited free repair service within the coverage limits, to ensure maximum peace of mind during use.
The package also includes DJI Care Enterprise Plus (1 year), which offers extended coverage and unlimited replacements in case of damage, and DJI Terra Electricity (3-month license) as a free gift, for performing mapping processing and analysis with maximum precision.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Once we have received the product and it has been carefully checked, a member of our sales department will proceed with the replacement or refund.

What does the warranty cover?
The warranty covers any manufacturing defects. During the warranty period, the defective device will be repaired or replaced, at our discretion, within a reasonable timeframe and free of charge.
The Warranty does not cover shipping costs (including transport and insurance) from the customer to our official service center.
The Warranty does not cover any damage caused by tampering, improper use, failure to follow the instructions provided with the product, unauthorized modifications, or damage to the product caused by various reasons, such as: accident, excessive humidity, lightning, power surges, or problems resulting from atmospheric phenomena.
What is the maximum time for refunds?
The warranty for accessories is 2 years, while only by purchasing from our shop, radios have an extended 3-year warranty.
Furthermore, if you don't like the product, you have up to 30 days to request a refund and return it.
