Compact and small, the IC-M410BB can be installed anywhere and is the best solution when space is limited.

It consists of two units: the highly durable polycarbonate Black Box and the remote Commandmic HM-195G unit, through which any type of operation can be performed, including DSC calls via the Distress button located on the back.

With a large high-brightness display and backlit function keys, the Commandmic can also be used as an intercom. Up to two Commandmics can be connected to the Black Box, available in black (HM-195GB) or white (HM-195GW).

The IC-M410BB is equipped with a GNSS receiver, for which an external antenna (UX-241 supplied as standard) is still required. The user interface allows easy, intuitive, and immediate control of the radio's various functions.

The various operations are displayed at the bottom of the Commandmic's screen and can be activated simply by using the appropriate directional and function keys.

Excellent audio performance thanks to ANC (Active Noise Cancelling) digital signal processing technology, which digitally removes background noise during both reception and transmission, ensuring clear communications even in particularly noisy environments.

The IC-M410BB is a high-performance, reliable, and durable onboard radio.

Returns and refunds

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Once we have received the product and it has been carefully checked, a member of our sales department will proceed with the replacement or refund.

What does the warranty cover?

The warranty covers any manufacturing defects. During the warranty period, the defective device will be repaired or replaced, at our discretion, within a reasonable timeframe and free of charge.

The Warranty does not cover shipping costs (including transport and insurance) from the customer to our official service center.

The Warranty does not cover any damage caused by tampering, improper use, failure to follow the instructions provided with the product, unauthorized modifications, or damage to the product caused by various reasons, such as: accident, excessive humidity, lightning, power surges, or problems resulting from atmospheric phenomena.

What is the maximum time for refunds?

The warranty for accessories is 2 years, while only by purchasing from our shop, radios have an extended 3-year warranty.

Furthermore, if you don't like the product, you have up to 30 days to request a refund and return it.

How do I request a refund?

Through our support chat, you will be able to request a refund, which will be processed as soon as we receive your package containing the radio and accessories in their original packaging.

Do you accept bank transfers?
