The IC-M37E is a lightweight, durable VHF marine handheld transceiver with an extremely comfortable grip and floating luminous beacon, ideal for both recreational and professional use.
This practical, ergonomically designed handheld VHF is a combination of elegance and robustness. With a secure grip and attractive design, it has passed the most stringent durability tests, achieving MIL-STD-810G certification and an IP57 protection rating.
The IC-M37E stands out for its large backlit display and the size of its function keys, which are also backlit, allowing the device to be used even when wearing gloves.
With an intuitive and easy-to-use interface, this device fits comfortably in the palm of your hand and features a high-contrast screen that allows for clear and well-defined character and icon readability in any condition, even in direct sunlight.
The large internal speaker, with its 700mW audio output, ensures that the received signal quality is always at its best. Furthermore, automatic volume adjustment guarantees clear communications and excellent audio performance even in particularly noisy environments.
In addition, this device features 6W RF power and an exceptional 12-hour battery life (with a 5-5-90 duty cycle) thanks to a 2350mAh Lithium-Ion battery.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Once we have received the product and it has been carefully checked, a member of our sales department will proceed with the replacement or refund.

What does the warranty cover?
The warranty covers any manufacturing defects. During the warranty period, the defective device will be repaired or replaced, at our discretion, within a reasonable timeframe and free of charge.
The Warranty does not cover shipping costs (including transport and insurance) from the customer to our official service center.
The Warranty does not cover any damage caused by tampering, improper use, failure to follow the instructions provided with the product, unauthorized modifications, or damage to the product caused by various reasons, such as: accident, excessive humidity, lightning, power surges, or problems resulting from atmospheric phenomena.
What is the maximum time for refunds?
The warranty for accessories is 2 years, while only by purchasing from our shop, radios have an extended 3-year warranty.
Furthermore, if you don't like the product, you have up to 30 days to request a refund and return it.
How do I request a refund?
Through our support chat, you will be able to request a refund, which will be processed as soon as we receive your package containing the radio and accessories in their original packaging.
Do you accept bank transfers?
