Intuitive User Interface with White Backlit LCD and Keypad
Equipped with the intuitive Icom user interface common to the Marine line, designed for simple and immediate use. The rotary selector and directional keypad offer quick and direct access to all functions. The high-contrast LCD display with white backlight and laser-etched keypad integrate perfectly with the modern design of vessels.

Active Noise Cancellation
The integrated active noise cancellation system guarantees excellent performance: it reduces up to 90% of background noise in reception and up to 30% during transmission.

Powerful 10W Audio, PA Function and Fog Horn
The IC-M423GE is equipped with a 10 W amplifier that increases the volume on an external PA speaker. The Public Address function allows you to broadcast announcements via the microphone like a loudspeaker. In addition, the fog horn can be emitted from the same external speaker.

Integrated Class D DSC
The integrated DSC function constantly monitors channel 70 (DSC channel) even while receiving on another channel. DSC functions include: distress, individual, group, all ships, urgency, safety calls, position request/reports, polling and DSC test.

Integrated GPS Receiver


GPS antenna included
The integrated GPS receiver shows current position, date/time and can be used for DSC calls. The GPS data source is selectable between internal and external GPS.

CommandMic™ HM-195GB with White Backlight (Optional)
The optional CommandMic with white backlight allows you to comfortably use the IC-M423GE from a separate cabin or tower. All functions of the main radio can be controlled via the CommandMic, which can also be used as an intercom.

AIS Target Call with MA-510TR/MA-500TR
By connecting the optional Class B AIS transponder MA-510TR or MA-500TR, you can make individual DSC calls to AIS targets without having to manually enter the MMSI number.

What does the warranty cover?

The warranty covers any manufacturing defects. During the warranty period, the defective device will be repaired or replaced, at our discretion, within a reasonable timeframe and free of charge.

The Warranty does not cover shipping costs (including transport and insurance) from the customer to our official service center.

The Warranty does not cover any damage caused by tampering, improper use, failure to follow the instructions provided with the product, unauthorized modifications, or damage to the product caused by various reasons, such as: accident, excessive humidity, lightning, power surges, or problems resulting from atmospheric phenomena.

What is the maximum time for refunds?

The warranty for accessories is 2 years, while only by purchasing from our shop, radios have an extended 3-year warranty.

Furthermore, if you don't like the product, you have up to 30 days to request a refund and return it.
