The Hytera X1e offers a range of exclusive safety and personal protection tools, from digital encryption with the ARC4 algorithm (40 bit) according to DMRA to optional AES 128/256 bit algorithms, as well as an integrated GPS tracking system and Man Down alarm. This professional, elegant, and ultra-slim radio is easy to use and built to last even in the most demanding environments.
The Hytera X1e combines a compact design with DMR functionality in a robust die-cast aluminum casing that is only 18 millimeters thick. Thanks to its small size, this walkie-talkie fits comfortably in the palm of your hand, can be easily carried or concealed under clothing, or clipped to a belt for free movement. The designer loudspeaker ensures high audio quality despite its compact size.
The Hytera X1e is a miniature dual-mode (analog/digital) transceiver complying with the DMR Tier II standard (upgradable via software to DMR Tier III), available in VHF bands (136-174 MHz) with 1-5 W power. The device features advanced functionalities such as integrated Vibracall, GPS, Man Down, and Bluetooth®. Waterproof with IP67 protection, it withstands one meter of water depth for at least half an hour and complies with MIL 810 C/D/E/F/G standards, making it capable of enduring extreme mechanical stress. Dimensions are 119.5 x 57 x 18 mm, and it weighs 240 g (with a 1100 mAh Li-Ion battery).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Once we have received the product and it has been carefully checked, a member of our sales department will proceed with the replacement or refund.

What does the warranty cover?
The warranty covers any manufacturing defects. During the warranty period, the defective device will be repaired or replaced, at our discretion, within a reasonable timeframe and free of charge.
The Warranty does not cover shipping costs (including transport and insurance) from the customer to our official service center.
The Warranty does not cover any damage caused by tampering, improper use, failure to follow the instructions provided with the product, unauthorized modifications, or damage to the product caused by various reasons, such as: accident, excessive humidity, lightning, power surges, or problems resulting from atmospheric phenomena.
What is the maximum time for refunds?
The warranty for accessories is 2 years, while only by purchasing from our shop, radios have an extended 3-year warranty.
Furthermore, if you don't like the product, you have up to 30 days to request a refund and return it.
How do I request a refund?
Through our support chat, you will be able to request a refund, which will be processed as soon as we receive your package containing the radio and accessories in their original packaging.
