Hytera PD3 series devices stand out for their modern and compact, smartphone-like design and intuitive operation. Weighing just 160 g, they are extremely comfortable to carry during long working days. Compatible with analog and digital modes, the PD3 series is developed according to the ETSI DMR (Digital Mobile Radio) standard. These handheld radios support conventional DMR operation and can also operate in analog mode.
The unique design with an integrated antenna allows for wide reception range without the need for a bulky external antenna. In addition to numerous features, the PD3 series devices offer quick and easy access to the world of mobile radios at a fair price. With the included lithium-ion battery (2000 mAh), PD3 handheld radios guarantee an operating time of at least 12 hours in digital mode with a 5-5-90 duty cycle.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Once we have received the product and it has been carefully checked, a member of our sales department will proceed with the replacement or refund.

What does the warranty cover?
The warranty covers any manufacturing defects. During the warranty period, the defective device will be repaired or replaced, at our discretion, within a reasonable timeframe and free of charge.
The Warranty does not cover shipping costs (including transport and insurance) from the customer to our official service center.
The Warranty does not cover any damage caused by tampering, improper use, failure to follow the instructions provided with the product, unauthorized modifications, or damage to the product caused by various reasons, such as: accident, excessive humidity, lightning, power surges, or problems resulting from atmospheric phenomena.
What is the maximum time for refunds?
The warranty for accessories is 2 years, while only by purchasing from our shop, radios have an extended 3-year warranty.
Furthermore, if you don't like the product, you have up to 30 days to request a refund and return it.
How do I request a refund?
Through our support chat, you will be able to request a refund, which will be processed as soon as we receive your package containing the radio and accessories in their original packaging.
