Huawei S220S-10PN4JX is a fully managed Layer 2 switch with 8 downlink ports, 6 of which are PoE+, designed to ensure high performance and maximum reliability in small and medium-sized business installations, retail, IP surveillance, and smart office environments.

This compact model integrates multi-GE ports up to 2.5G and 10GE fiber uplinks for flexible, high-performance connectivity. The PoE power system provides up to 128W total, ideal for powering IP cameras, Wi-Fi access points, or VoIP phones.

Thanks to support for cloud management via the Huawei eKit App, Web configuration, advanced protection against DoS attacks, DHCP snooping, and advanced network features such as ERPS and QoS, the switch represents a professional and easy-to-administer solution.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Once we have received the product and it has been carefully checked, a member of our sales department will proceed with the replacement or refund.

What does the warranty cover?

The warranty covers any manufacturing defects. During the warranty period, the defective device will be repaired or replaced, at our discretion, within a reasonable timeframe and free of charge.

The Warranty does not cover shipping costs (including transport and insurance) from the customer to our official service center.

The Warranty does not cover any damage caused by tampering, improper use, failure to follow the instructions provided with the product, unauthorized modifications, or damage to the product caused by various reasons, such as: accident, excessive humidity, lightning, power surges, or problems resulting from atmospheric phenomena.

What is the maximum time for refunds?

The warranty for accessories is 2 years, while only by purchasing from our shop, radios have an extended 3-year warranty.

Furthermore, if you don't like the product, you have up to 30 days to request a refund and return it.

How do I request a refund?

Through our support chat, you will be able to request a refund, which will be processed as soon as we receive your package containing the radio and accessories in their original packaging.
