The Huawei eKitEngine AP761 is a Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax) access point designed for outdoor environments with high coverage and durability requirements. Thanks to its IP68 design, it offers complete protection against dust and water, ensuring reliable operation even in extreme weather conditions. Surge protection up to 6 kA makes it ideal for installations in exposed areas such as stadiums, squares, pedestrian streets, and amusement parks.

The AP761 supports both fiber optic and Ethernet connections, offering maximum flexibility in network configuration. Equipped with integrated directional antennas and advanced technologies such as MU-MIMO, OFDMA, and Target Wake Time (TWT), it ensures high spectral efficiency and improved battery life for connected devices.

This access point can be managed in Fit, Fat, or cloud mode, with support for the Huawei eKit App & SNC platform for simplified deployment and maintenance.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Once we have received the product and it has been carefully checked, a member of our sales department will proceed with the replacement or refund.

What does the warranty cover?

The warranty covers any manufacturing defects. During the warranty period, the defective device will be repaired or replaced, at our discretion, within a reasonable timeframe and free of charge.

The Warranty does not cover shipping costs (including transport and insurance) from the customer to our official service center.

The Warranty does not cover any damage caused by tampering, improper use, failure to follow the instructions provided with the product, unauthorized modifications, or damage to the product caused by various reasons, such as: accident, excessive humidity, lightning, power surges, or problems resulting from atmospheric phenomena.

What is the maximum time for refunds?

The warranty for accessories is 2 years, while only by purchasing from our shop, radios have an extended 3-year warranty.

Furthermore, if you don't like the product, you have up to 30 days to request a refund and return it.

How do I request a refund?

Through our support chat, you will be able to request a refund, which will be processed as soon as we receive your package containing the radio and accessories in their original packaging.
