The PIEPS iPROBE BT is an electronic probe with acoustic and visual hit indication. With a loud "BEEP" sound, it signals when to start digging, ensuring a quicker rescue of your companion. Bluetooth compatibility allows for wireless device management for direct updates with the PIEPS App.

Warranty

Only by purchasing from our shop is the included warranty extended to 3 years.

The 3-year warranty covers any manufacturing defects. During the warranty period, the defective device will be repaired or replaced, at our discretion, within a reasonable timeframe and free of charge.

Returns and refunds

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Once we have received the product and it has been carefully checked, a member of our sales department will proceed with the replacement or refund.

What does the warranty cover?

The warranty covers any manufacturing defects. During the warranty period, the defective device will be repaired or replaced, at our discretion, within a reasonable timeframe and free of charge.

The Warranty does not cover shipping costs (including transport and insurance) from the customer to our official service center.

The Warranty does not cover any damage caused by tampering, improper use, failure to follow the instructions provided with the product, unauthorized modifications, or damage to the product caused by various reasons, such as: accident, excessive humidity, lightning, power surges, or problems resulting from atmospheric phenomena.

What is the maximum time for refunds?

The warranty for accessories is 2 years, while only by purchasing from our shop radios have an extended warranty of 3 years.

Furthermore, if you don't like the product, you have up to 30 days to request a refund and return it.

How do I request a refund?
