For POC products with a subscription, we offer shipping throughout Italy within 5 working days. After the product has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email to track the status of your shipment in real time.

Warranty

Only by purchasing from our shop is the included warranty extended to 3 years.

The 3-year warranty covers any manufacturing defects. During the warranty period, the defective device will be repaired or replaced, at our discretion, within a reasonable timeframe and free of charge.

Returns and refunds

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Once we have received the product and it has been carefully checked, a member of our sales department will proceed with the replacement or refund.

The Hytalk PoC radio combines the wide coverage of mobile phones with the immediacy

of a walkie-talkie. By pressing a single button, it allows for immediate and borderless communication.

Quick communications with PTT button

The cellular SIM provides access to the mobile network for nationwide coverage with 4G/LTE connectivity, and dual LTE paddle antennas improve receiver (RX) sensitivity by 3 dB for excellent reception in weak signal areas. Calls are instantaneous by simply pressing the microphone's PTT button.

Compared to traditional smartphones, the MNC360's two external LTE antennas improve receiver sensitivity (RX) by 3 dB. The manual switch allows the MNC360 to always select the network with the strongest signal.

The powerful built-in 4-watt speaker features distortion suppression, howl suppression, and noise cancellation technology, enabling the MNC360 to deliver loud and clear audio even with the window down on construction sites or busy streets.

Thanks to its compatibility with numerous accessories, the MNC360 offers greater freedom and flexibility in voice communications. With the Android system and standard APIs, the MNC360 is open to third-party apps, allowing for the creation of an in-vehicle ecosystem for field data application.

All POC radios include a "Buy & Try" formula, meaning that after purchasing the product, you have 15 days to try it out. If you like it, you can keep it,

otherwise you are free to return it and we will issue a refund.

What range do POC radios cover?

Operating over cellular telephone networks and Wi-Fi networks, PoC radios have an unlimited range capable of covering the entire national and European territory.

How much does it cost to use this system?

Costs include the purchase of a Hytera-branded PoC radio terminal from those available on the Site, along with the subscription service (annual or multi-year) to the Hytalk PoC server (communication node) in the cloud managed by BPG.

Once the initial period has ended, the service will be automatically renewed. By consulting the Subscription Terms and Conditions, you can view the corresponding recurring costs for each subscription service.

Is it possible to use POC radios without a Hytalk annual subscription?

No, POC radios work exclusively through the Hytalk server (communication node) in the cloud managed by BPG.

Do you offer a trial period for these radios?

Yes, through the contact form above you can request a 15-day free trial.

In case of a POC radio malfunction, what service do you offer?

The purchase of a POC radio includes free technical assistance at our laboratories, covering manufacturing defects under warranty.

Additionally, you can purchase the 24-month warranty extension service with PREMIUM extended coverage (total 4 years), which includes electrical or mechanical repair or replacement of the radio terminal with priority, remote specialist technical support during office hours, and firmware updates.

Do these radios work with Wi-Fi?

Yes, the advantage of these radios is that if a Wi-Fi connection is available, you can communicate within your company or facility without any additional cost.

Alternatively, you can use a single-operator or multi-operator data SIM and use the LTE cellular network (additional costs depending on data traffic).


What kind of SIM card should be used?

These radios work with data SIMs. By consuming only a few gigabytes of internet, you can opt for a low-cost subscription. If you also want to communicate abroad, we also have a multi-operator SIM available.

The multi-operator SIM automatically enables roaming between: TIM, Vodafone, Wind Tre, Iliad, offering the maximum possible coverage on 4 mobile networks.

With the subscription, is the radio purchased or rented by me?

The subscription includes the purchase of a POC radio, which becomes your property.

What's the difference compared to classic walkie-talkies?

Unlike traditional walkie-talkies, PoC radios operate over the LTE/WI-FI cellular network, allowing communication over unlimited distances by pressing the PTT button.

VHF/UHF walkie-talkies, on the other hand, have a limited range and require the installation of repeaters to communicate over long distances. Repeaters incur high operating costs and ministerial fees for frequency usage.

What's different from cell phones?

Compared to cell phones, where you have to dial each number to make individual calls, POC radios allow you to talk to all your team members instantly, by simply pressing the PTT button.

POC radios also allow you to create customized communication groups.

Traditional cell phones have a battery life of less than 8 hours. POC radios, on the other hand, have a 36-hour battery life, allowing you to communicate for several working days without interruption.
