This new Icom air band radio features NAV/COM functions, along with new GPS and Bluetooth functions. The device provides higher transmission power compared to previous versions (6W Peak Envelope Power/ 1.8W Average).

The IC-A25NE has all the features of the IC-A25CE with the addition of an integrated Bluetooth system that allows the radio to be connected directly to any Bluetooth-enabled headset or to the dedicated Bluetooth VS-3 headset.

Integrated GNSS with simplified Waypoint NAV

Simplified waypoint NAV guides you to a destination using current position information from the GNSS (GPS, GLONASS, and SBAS). Waypoint NAV has two functions: "Direct-To" NAV and "Flight Plan" NAV. In direct NAV, the IC-A25NE guides directly to a specified waypoint. In flight plan NAV, the transceiver guides you through a sequential series of waypoints. Up to 10 flight plans and 300 waypoints can be stored in the IC-A25NE. Position information imported from an Android / iOS device can be used as waypoints. IC-A25NE Waypoint

Flight Plans with Android™ / iOS™ Apps

Using the RS-AERO1A (Android) or RS-AERO1I (iOS) application, you can create flight plans on an Android / iOS device and import the plan to your IC-A25NE via Bluetooth.
The following functions are available:
  • 1. Flight plan creation
    You can create flight plans on an Android / iOS device using pre-programmed waypoints.
  • 2. Direct-to-flight NAV setting
    You can select a point on the map and export it to the IC-A25NE for direct NAV.
  • 3. View flight plan information
    You can view a flight plan in the IC-A25NE on an Android / iOS device.
  • 4. View waypoint information
    Pre-programmed waypoints can be exported to an Android / iOS device and plotted on a map application.

VOR Navigation Functions

The IC-A25NE features the following exciting VOR navigation functions:
  • CDI (Course Deviation Indicator) is detailed like a real VOR instrument and shows any deviation from the course.
  • OBS (Omni Bearing Selector) allows you to change the course relative to the original flight plan.
  • TO-FROM is an indicator that shows the position relationship between the aircraft and the course selected by the OBS.
  • ABSS (Automatic Bearing Set System) is a function that allows you to set the current course as the new course in two simple steps.

Local Station Search Function

The local station search function helps you access nearby ground stations. The function searches for nearby stations using station memories that have GNSS position information. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. What does the warranty cover?

The warranty covers any manufacturing defects. During the warranty period, the defective device will be repaired or replaced, at our discretion, within a reasonable timeframe and free of charge.

The Warranty does not cover shipping costs (including transport and insurance) from the customer to our official service center.

The Warranty does not cover any damage caused by tampering, improper use, failure to follow the instructions provided with the product, unauthorized modifications, or damage to the product caused by various reasons, such as: accident, excessive humidity, lightning, power surges, or problems resulting from atmospheric phenomena.

What is the maximum time for refunds?

The warranty for accessories is 2 years, while only by purchasing from our shop, radios have an extended 3-year warranty.

Furthermore, if you don't like the product, you have up to 30 days to request a refund and return it.

How do I request a refund?
